    一、项目主要内容
    (一)项目名称:500万只/年平面变压器项目。
    (二)项目内容:平面变压器与传统的变压器相比最大的区别在于铁芯及线圈绕组。平面变压器采用小尺寸的E型、RM型或环型铁氧体磁芯,通常是由高频功率铁氧体材料制成,在高频下有较低的磁芯损耗;绕组采用多层印刷电路板迭绕而成,绕组或铜片迭在平面的高频铁芯上构成变压器的磁回路。这种设计有低的直流铜阻、低的漏感和分布电容,可满足谐振电路的设计要求。而且由于磁芯良好的磁屏蔽,可抑制射频干扰。
    二、项目提出的依据及必要性

    三、市场前景分析
    平面变压器作为一种新开发的高技术铁氧体电感元件,1994年首先在通信方面得到应用,目前已扩大到笔记本计算机、汽车电子、数码相机、数字化电视等方面。应用速度之快、发展空间之大,已引起国内外很多变压器生产企业的关注。纵观电子变压器的发展过程,可以看出:电子变压器的发展,既扎根于技术的发展,又受应用需求的推动。一方面追求电子变压器性能的提高,另一方面追求成本的降低。也就是和其他产品一样,追求适应市场需要的性能价格比。平面变压器可广泛应用于数码相机、数字化电视、通讯电源、笔记本电脑、汽车电子、电力设备、航空航天电源、舰载电源、雷达电源等领域,有着广阔的市场应用前景。
    四、建设规模及产品方案
    建设规模及产品方案:该项目建设规模为500万只/年平面变压器。
    五、技术方案及设备方案
    (一)技术方案。该项目采用平面方式设计,有效地解决体积及高频问题,为电源变换器的轻型化、小型化提供了可能。技术方案是:使用小尺寸的铁芯及采用多层PCB绕组。
    (二)设备方案。该项目主要生产设备有变压器插片机、包胶带机、电脑数控绕线机、变压器参数测试仪等。
    六、项目投资概算
    该项目计划总投资6000万元,其中固定资产投资5000万元,铺底流动资金需1000万元。
    七、经济效益分析
    该项目完工投产后,生产规模为年产平面变压器产品500万只,年实现销售收入8000万元,利税2000万元,其中利润1400万元,投资利税率33.3%。

The rapid development and great development scope attach more and more attention of transformer enterprises at home and abroad to the plane transformer. See from the development history we can come to the conclusion that the development of transformer depend on the promotion of technology and demands. It requires not only the improvements of the nature of transformer but the decrease of the cost. The plane transformer shares bright prospect which can be applied in communicate electric source, notebook PC, space flight electric source, electric settlements, mobile electricity, radar electricity source and so on.

   The scale of the project is 5 million per year plane transformer.

Ⅴ Investments of the project

   The total investments of project are expected to 60 million RMB including fixed assets 50 million RMB and current funds 10 million RMB.

Ⅵ Economic benefits

   As the operation of the project, outputs transformers can be 5 million per year. Annual revenue sales of 80 million RMB and profits of 14 million RMB can be realized. 6 million RMB can be paid as taxes.
